E-Z Scooter accepts cash, Veterans Administration, private insurance, Workman's compensation and Medicaid 58 provider assignment for the sale and repair of power chairs, scooters and medical equipment. If you qualify for Medicare or Medicaid coverage, you will be referred to one of our DME business affiliates for processing. E-Z Scooter does not accept Medicare and Medicaid asignment.
MEDICARE & MEDICAID
Required for receiving service:
Medicare or Medicaid paid for the scooter or power chair. Face-to-face visit with your physician to determine your continued mobility needs. Physician's prescription for service. Physician send your Medical records to your Mobility Supplier. Client signed ABN.
Covered service:
Parts essential for the safe use of the device. Labor - In shop only
Not Covered:
Trip charge to and from the home. No pickup and no delivery. Client education related to no problem found.
CASH SALES
	BUY AMERICAN: Medicare and Medicaid financial restrictions force DME dealers to sell inexpensive foreign products. E-Z Scooter believes that your US Medicare dollar should be spent on high quality US made products.
E-Z Scooter does not accept Medicare and Medicaid. E-Z Scooter accepts cash, private insurance and workmen's compensation.
